Terms of Service — ContentZavod

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ContentZavod ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ContentZavod is a content management and publishing platform that allows users to schedule and publish video content across connected social media accounts, including Instagram, VK, YouTube, and TikTok. The Service also provides AI-assisted content generation tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected Social Media Accounts
To publish content through the Service, you must authorize ContentZavod to act on your behalf on third-party platforms. By connecting an account, you grant us the permissions necessary to publish, manage, and retrieve data as required by the features you use. We store access credentials in encrypted form. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account.
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including changes to their APIs, content moderation decisions, or account suspensions.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant ContentZavod a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced using our tools. You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload or publish content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
Circumvent platform API rate limits or usage policies
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes tools for AI-assisted script writing, video generation, and subtitle creation. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing. ContentZavod makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend the Service at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
9. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentZavod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost revenue, or failed publications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Serbia.
